My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Overland Park was a mix of highs and lows. the hotel's convenient highway access allowed for easy exploration of Kansas City, including the nearby Overland Park Arboretum & Botanical Garden, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, the welcoming staff immediately stood out, but unfortunately, issues with the smoke detector disrupted our evening until late. the housekeeping was good overall, and the room, initially comfortable, lost its charm later on. the plush duvet and variety of pillows made for a cozy night's sleep, once the smoke detector situation was resolved. In conclusion, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Overland Park, An IHG Hotel, offers a pleasant stay with its warm hospitality and convenient amenities. Despite some hiccups, the hotel's potential for a comfortable and relaxing experience shines through, making it a suitable choice for travelers looking for a well-rounded accommodation option in Overland Park.
